All orders must be placed thru this website for proper documentation. Orders placed via email, Viber, SMS and the like will not be entertained unless otherwise instructed by an official KATRE representative.
- Browse items from our menu tabs (New, Collections, Handbags, etc.), use the subcategories, or type keywords in the Search box to find an item.
- Click an item to see more details. You can opt to personalize it with name, initials, or messages via the MONOGRAM button. Click ADD TO CART on each item you wish to purchase.
- Once decided, checkout by going to SHOPPING CART located on the upper right of the page. From there you will be guided thru the rest of the process. You will be given a choice between PayPal (PayPal accounts, debit or credit cards) and BPI bank transfer as your mode of payment. After submission of this form you will receive an email confirmation stating the details of your order.
- PayPal and card payments need not do anything else. However, for bank transfers the proof of payment must be emailed before your order is processed. Email the said proof to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name and order number.
Orders made with Bank Transfer options will be reserved for 48 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically deleted in our system.
DELIVERY & FEES
Standard delivery option takes 2-3 working days for both Manila (P200) and Provincial (P500). For international, it will take 3-5 working days and fees vary on zones. Next Day delivery option is only available for Manila (P400) and Provincial (P700). Deliveries are done thru our partner couriers. KATRE is not liable for any delivery delays beyond our control (ie. weather, strikes, etc.). We regret to inform you that we do not do meet-ups.
Pickup at the Katre Living Room (Quezon City Showroom) is now available by scheduling an appointment. You may also indicate instructions on your Order Form. After paying for your order/s (Shipping Fee included), get in touch with us stating your preferred time and date thru email@example.com or these numbers +63998.3117131, +63916.6052207, (02) 7918727. You shall receive a reply confirming your schedule and stating the address. Only paid orders are applicable for pickup. The Shipping Fee will be refunded at face value. No appointment, no pickup. Should you miss your appointment, the item/s will be shipped automatically.

All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by SHOPKATRE.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way. In the event that no one will receive your order, the courier will return the item/s to the KATRE HQ and you will be required to pay for another shipping fee. To avoid such, please have someone available to receive your order keeping in mind your chosen delivery option: 2-3 days for Standard and the following day for Next Day. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Cut-off times will be based on the time orders are received in our inbox. Orders received until 10:00 am will be dispatched thru a third party courier the same day. Anything after 10:00 am will be dispatched the next day. Transit time starts on the day after shipping. Example, if you paid an order before 10:00 am on a Friday, transit time begins on Saturday. Your second day will then be Monday. If you paid after 10:00 am from Friday thru Sunday, it will be processed on Monday and your transit time begins on Tuesday— the same goes for Next Day Delivery made from 10:00 am Friday to Sunday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently unavailable.
The Special Instructions box is used for those additional information you wish to make for your order/s. Example, if your address is difficult to find and you want to provide us with directions; if you wish to have your items picked up at the courier's branch because you're always out; if you wish to send out a note card if the item is a gift; anything! Please be aware that note cards may have additional fees for big orders. Contact us for more information (firstname.lastname@example.org).
FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, please note that first-time orders can only be shipped to the customer's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order please make sure your address is complete (with landmarks if necessary). For your own protection, please ensure that you have received the transaction receipt via email or that you are able to indicate your order number. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary. KATRE will not be liable for any delays in your order due to an incomplete address or contact details.
BULK & MTOs
Bulk orders and made-to-orders (MTOs) are exempted from the Next Day/Standard delivery options and will have a lead time of at least three (3) weeks before delivery. We will get in touch with you to coordinate the exact delivery date.
Most items will be packed in KATRE's signature box and shipped in the participating courier's box or envelope. The presence/absence of a gift box will be indicated in the product page. Please note that on the occasion that two (2) smaller items are purchased, both will be placed in one box unless you indicate that it’s meant as a present and individual packaging is requested. Other items that do not indicate a box or are on promo/sale will still be properly packed and protected in transit.
