All orders must be placed thru this website for proper documentation. Orders placed via email, Viber, SMS and the like will not be entertained unless otherwise instructed by an official KATRE representative. Proof of payments for Bank Transfers/Deposits must be emailed to email@example.com stating your name and order number. You may also send a photo of your payment to Viber number 0916.6052207. Orders made with Bank Transfer options will be reserved for 48 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically deleted in our system. For your security, please be aware that first time orders can only be shipped to the customer's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order and for your own protection, please ensure that you have received the transaction receipt via email or that you are able to indicate details of the transaction. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.
BULK & MTOs
Bulk orders and made-to‐orders are exempted from the Next Day/Standard delivery options and will have a lead time of at least three (3) weeks before delivery. We will get in touch with you to coordinate the exact delivery date.
Handbags will be placed inside a dust bag. Most small items will be packed in KATRE's signature gift box. The presence/absence of a gift box will be indicated in the product page. Please note that on the occasion that two (2) smaller items are purchased, both will be placed in one box unless you indicate that it’s meant as a present and individual packaging is requested. Other items that do not indicate a box or are on promo/sale will still be properly packed and protected in transit.
KATRE offers initials or short messages foil-stamped onto your leather goods. For fees and other information visit the Personalization page. Monogrammed items are not allowed for exchange.
Standard delivery option takes 2-3 working days for both Manila (P200) and Provincial (P500). For international, it will take 3-5 working days and fees vary on zones. Next Day delivery option is only available for Manila (P400) and Provincial (P700).
Since we use third parties for the shipment of our goods, delays for Provincial shipping are beyond our control and is not subject to refunds and/or cancellations.
Deliveries are done thru our partner couriers. We regret to inform you that we do not do meet-ups but you may pick up from our Quezon City Headquarters by appointment thru 0916.6052207.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Your KATRE item has limited warranty and can be sent back for repairs. Depending on the job required, some repairs are free of charge for one year but for wear and tear (zippers included) we can assess the repair and provide a quote for any work required. Where necessary, a valid proof of purchase will be required to proceed. In some cases we may ask you to email images of the item and state the repair required so that we can consult with our repair team and let you know how best to proceed. Please be aware that repairs can take 1 to 8 weeks to complete, but we will always aim to have them back to you as soon as possible. Any shipping fees will be charged to the customer. All SALE items are not covered by warranties but we can repair them for you for a minimal fee.
Because of our limited inventory, we do not issue refunds but if for any reason you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or style or for store credit kindly contact us within 3 days from receipt of goods. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject EXCHANGE. As soon as we receive your email we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to explain how the exchange process will be. We regret to inform you that monogrammed and/or sale items are not allowed for returns.
EXCHANGE & RESERVATION POLICY
It is free to exchange items for a different color but a different style may mean a different price and this process will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which cover the cost of our collection service. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. We regret to inform you that monogrammed and sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Items being exchanged are your responsibility until it reaches us. It should be returned new, unused, and all original paper works present. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, detachable straps, pouches, bag tags, price tags and any packaging like cards should be included with your return. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. SHOPKATRE.com will check for perfume smell, detergent, stains, dirt and the like to determine whether the item you want exchanged can be accepted. Unidentified exchanges may be returned to the sender.
Reservations are currently not allowed.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit. However, monogrammed and sale items may not be returned or exchanged. For valid exchanges, the amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one week. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference such as additional shipping. The exchange process can take up to 5 working days.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us (link to Feedback Form) immediately.
Items should be returned within 3 days of receipt.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of SHOPKATRE.com.
KATRE has the right to refuse business from any individual or corporation who refuses to respect our company policies and employees.
